Leña is the vision of Chef Dani García, whose journey began at the School of Hospitality in Malaga. His talent and passion quickly earned him his first Michelin star at Tragabuches, followed by two Michelin stars at Calima, cementing his reputation as a culinary innovator. In 2019, after receiving three Michelin stars for his eponymous restaurant, Dani made the bold decision to shift focus from fine dining to more accessible, yet equally creative, culinary experiences—leading to the creation of Leña.
Leña opened its doors in Marbella in 2020, followed by Madrid, where it quickly became a destination for exceptional dining. In 2023, Leña expanded internationally to Dubai, bringing the same remarkable culinary experience to Palm Jumeirah, combining Chef García’s signature style with the vibrant energy of the city.
