The History
Leña embodies Chef Dani García’s culinary journey, celebrating his passion for flame-grilled cooking and blending tradition with innovation. Born in Andalucía, Dani created Leña to honor fire, flavor, and craftsmanship. The name “Leña,” meaning “firewood” in Spanish, reflects his cooking philosophy.
Michelin-starred Dani García, known for his bold gastronomy, earned his third Michelin star in 2019. After closing his flagship restaurant, he focused on elevating casual Spanish cuisine, creating Leña and Smoked Room to share his culinary vision worldwide.
Leña combines wood-fired flavors with unforgettable dining experiences, showcasing Dani’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship in every dish.
