Begin the year the Spanish way, with a long table, good company and an unhurried afternoon. Leña Dubai is dressed for the new year, and a live singer and saxophonist set a relaxed, elegant tone. At the centre of the table are Leña’s specials, led by a generous Carne Platter made for sharing.
